1. Scope of Services

We agree to provide the following services:

  • Installation of Christmas lights, including bulbs, strands, plugs, clips, and wires, all custom-fit to your project.
  • Take Down of Christmas lights in the months of January through mid-February 2025.
  • Storage of your lights, ensuring they are labeled and organized for the following Christmas season (if you choose to store the lights with us).
  1. Payment Terms
  • 100% of the payment is due upon completion of the installation.
  • Any additional linear footage or materials added to the initial scope of work will incur extra charges, and these additional costs will be billed after project completion.
  • A late fee of 5% per month will be applied to invoices not paid within 14 days.
  • Customer purchases and owns the lights.
  1. Warranty
  • A 5 year warranty is provided on the lights and materials installed by Pure Shine, only if we handle the storage. If you choose to store the lights yourself, no warranty will be provided.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party interference. Any repairs or adjustments due to this factor will be subject to additional charges.
  1. Storage
  • Pure Shine offers free storage of your lights as part of the package. Lights will be stored, labeled, and neatly organized for the next season. If you opt to store the lights yourself, Pure Shine will not provide a warranty.
  1. Installation and Removal Dates
  • Installation will be scheduled based on mutual agreement.
  • Take down of the lights will occur between January and mid-February post installation. Removal is subject to weather conditions and neighborhood routing. You will be notified of any delays or changes to the schedule.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • The Client agrees not to add lights or make alterations to the lighting system installed by Pure Shine.
  • The Client shall provide clear and unobstructed access to the property on the agreed-upon dates for installation and removal.
  1. Liability
  • Pure Shine is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper handling, alteration, or installation of lights not performed by our team.
  • We are not liable for delays or damages caused by extreme weather conditions, animals, or other uncontrollable events.
  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other legal avenues. Mediation costs will be split evenly between both parties.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which services are provided.
